Yes. Once installation is complete, our system generates the necessary Installation Certificate (Sijil Pemasangan) required for your Puspakom inspection and permit renewal within 24 hours.

Yes. Our system is designed to comply with Section 90A of the Evidence Act 1950 (Computer Generated Documents). Orbitron maintains a secure, unalterable "Audit Trail" to prove data integrity. While final admissibility is always decided by the Judge, our specific "Certificate of Good Working Order" provides the strongest possible support for legal and insurance disputes.

INSTALLATION & WARRANTY

No. We use a "Non-Intrusive" installation method. Unlike cheap accessories that cut into your wiring, we use professional fusing and harnessing that complies with OEM safety standards. Your truck warranty remains safe.

Installation takes approximately 45–60 minutes per vehicle. We can deploy our technician team to your depot or site (even on weekends) to ensure zero downtime for your fleet.

For our Standard and Plus plans, we offer a 5-Year 1-to-1 Exchange Warranty. If the unit is faulty, we replace it. No repair waiting times. No excuses.

Never. The price quoted is the nett price. It includes the device, professional installation, SIM card data, cloud server access, and technical support.

Yes. The device is yours. We charge a nominal service fee to remove and reinstall the unit into your new vehicle, retaining all your old data history.

TECHNOLOGY & FUEL

For our Orbitron Plus plan, we use industrial Ultrasonic Fuel Sensors or CAN-bus reading (depending on truck model) to achieve up to 98% accuracy. This allows us to detect fuel siphoning even when the ignition is OFF.

Imported "White-Label" systems often lag because their servers are in China or Europe. Orbitron is hosted on local Malaysian cloud infrastructure. This means faster loading speeds, better data privacy, and features built specifically for Malaysian road logistics (like accurate toll road mapping).
