What Data We Collect

• Account credentials: username, password (encrypted)
• Vehicle data: GPS location, trip history, speed, ignition status, device identifiers
• Driver data: driver ID, name, phone number (where collected via Orbitron Driver)
• Fuel and delivery records: fuel receipt images, e-delivery note data (where Fleet360 is used)
• Support communications: WhatsApp messages, emails, call logs
• Website usage: pages visited, browser type, IP address, cookies

• Telematics devices installed in vehicles
• Mobile apps (Orbitron Driver, Orbitron Fleet360)

Purpose of Processing

• Deliver GPS tracking, fleet reporting, and driver management services
• Support compliance workflows for JPJ, APAD, and LPKP requirements

• Your company administrator or fleet manager (if you are a driver or operator user)

We do not sell your personal data.
